JOB OFFERIndependent Sales Agent specialized in business development and prospecting in English-speaking and French-speaking African markets, offering bilingual expertise to support companies in their expansion, contract negotiation, and the creation of sustainable partnerships tailored to the cultural and economic specificities of each country.The Moroccan Company of Industrial, Agricultural and Metallurgical Supplies S.A. is looking for an experienced and motivated Independent Sales Agent to develop its customer base and increase sales of its products and services, which include:• Industrial equipment and supplies• Robotics for industrial processes• Agri-food equipment and supplies• Chemicals and raw materials• Metallurgy (all types of iron, copper, aluminum)• Tools and equipmentMain Responsibilities:• Prospect and identify new clients and partners in the target market• Present and demonstrate the benefits of the products and services• Negotiate sales terms and close deals• Ensure customer follow-up and retention• Prepare and submit regular reports on activities and resultsProfile Sought:• Proven experience in sales or sales agency work• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills• Strong autonomy and organizational abilities• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, internet)• A strong network in the target sectors will be highly appreciatedWorking Conditions and Compensation:• Commission-based work only (no fixed salary)• Attractive commissions starting from 5% per successful transaction• Freedom to organize work hours and location• Training and marketing support provided by the company if needed
