Job Summary:Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards. Oversees QA/QC teams, develops procedures, conducts audits, and drives continuous improvement across projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and enforce QA/QC plans and procedures. Ensure products and services meet quality and compliance standards. Conduct regular audits and manage non-conformances and corrective actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Oversee quality documentation, training, and reporting. Manage QA/QC for subcontractors and suppliers. Represent QA/QC in client and project meetings. Support HSE initiatives in line with IMS policies. Requirements:Experience: 8+ years total, 5+ years in a QA/QC role. Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field. Certifications: MMUP (UPDA), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ASQC CQM/CQE (preferred). Skills: Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, leadership ability, ERP (SAP preferred).
