Role Summary:We are looking for a dry gas seal technician who will be responsible for preparing assembly work and documentation. This position will also involve assembling various equipment (dry mechanical seals (DGS) and wet seals) and performing the required tests. This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools in our facility to meet these expectations and ensure the delivery of a high quality product to our customers.Your Role:You will handle disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of components, ensuring they meet specifications using precision tools and manufacturer instructions. You will follow safety standards and deliver clean, high-quality work on time.Be responsible for disassembly, cleaning, inspection and reassembly during any repair process.Carry out assemblies in accordance with drawings, manufacturer's instructions, testing where necessary.Demonstrate an advanced understanding of inspection equipment, its functions and uses to ensure that all parts and assemblies conform to specifications.Ensure that all parts and components are clean prior to assembly, and that assembly is carried out correctly.Use a variety of precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers and CMMs (coordinate measuring machines), as well as hand tools such as hydraulic torque wrenches, etc.Follow all safety procedures and wear required work equipment.Demonstrate a customer service mindset for on-time delivery and quality work.Your Profile:Hold a BAC+3 or TS in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience, including work on dry gas seals, wet rotating machines, and mechanical seals. You can read and interpret technical drawings, follow safety and maintenance instructions, write clear reports, and communicate effectively with teams and customers. You have basic computer skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong attention to detail with a results-oriented approach.
