Baladna Dairy Farm Project – Adrar, AlgeriaThe Baladna Dairy Farm Project in Adrar, Algeria, is being implemented within the framework of a strategic partnership between Baladna Q.P.S.C. and the Government of Algeria.The project is located in Timokten, approximately 100 kilometers from the city of Adrar and around 1,435 kilometers southwest of Algiers.Its operations will be carried out across three distinct sites in southern Algeria, primarily within the province of Adrar. Covering a total area of about 117,000 hectares, the Baladna Algeria Project encompasses three major pillars:The production of cereals and fodderCattle farming for the production of milk and meatA state-of-the-art milk powder processing facilityThe project will be executed in several phases, ultimately reaching a production capacity of 198,000 tons of milk powder.Role Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and cultural transformation. This role requires a high level of business acumen, leadership capability, and expertise in managing complex HR challenges.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Act as a coach and advisor to managers and leaders on all people-related matters. Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives. Drive talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs. Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance on complex employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making. Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR business partner or equivalent strategic HR role. Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills at senior management level. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel Preferred Skills: Experience in large-scale agro-industrial, manufacturing, or international projects. Proven ability to drive HR transformation and change management. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
