Presentation of the company:SARL HAYAT DHC Algeria, founded in 2005, is present in the household cleaning products sector with its brands BINGO and TEST; baby diapers and wipes with MOLFIX, BEBEM
and GOODCARE, sanitary napkins with MOLPED.Responsibilities:Participate in the development and implementation of the product marketing strategy (Market Analysis, Planning, Budgeting, Product Development Plan) in line with the HAYAT group strategy.Permanently monitor the performance of brands as an example in terms of volume and turnover.Implementation of a marketing plan in line with the Company's strategy.Recommend / Anticipate actions to be implemented according to consumers and the market.Ensure, in collaboration with the sales team, the good visibility and presence of HAYAT brands.Implement and monitor promotional campaigns / monitor and evaluate actions.Work closely with the commercial structure.Ensure the follow-up of the marketing of the product, from production to marketing.Ensure the launch and relaunch of products.Qualifications:Bac+4 and more in Commerce & Marketing.01 year of proven experience in product marketing, in a multinational and ideally in FMCG.Autonomy and sense of responsibilitySpirit of initiative, open-mindedness, innovation.Good level of English.Good computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP).
