We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Manager to join our team. The HR Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
