Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to support the development and execution of product strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the product lifecycle—from concept to launch—and to ensure that our product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives.Mission:The mission of the Assistant Product Manager is to support the delivery of high-quality products that align with market demands, business goals, and user expectations. Through data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, the Assistant Product Manager ensures that product development runs smoothly and efficiently. They act as a bridge between departments, contributing to product innovation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, development, and launch of new products and featuresConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesGather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and business metricsCollaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product successMaintain and prioritize product backlogs and requirements documentationPrepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholdersMonitor project timelines and ensure milestones are metSupport product testing, QA, and post-launch evaluationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field1–2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related area (internships included)Strong organizational and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
