A leading food and beverage company based in Algeria, currently seeking an experienced IT Support Officer Key Responsibilities: Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT systems: servers, networks, software, storage; Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to internal users (remotely and on-site);Manage incidents through the Service Desk tool – ManageEngine; Implement and maintain IT security measures (Fortinet Firewall, Intune, Veeam Backup);Participate in backup/restore operations and manage storage solutions: NAS, SAN; Administer and troubleshoot Cisco and Huawei networks and IP telephony systems (Alcatel, Cisco Call Manager); Deploy and maintain Microsoft tools (particularly Office 365 and Microsoft Intune); Participate in IT projects: deployment of new solutions, infrastructure upgrades, continuous improvement;Train users on IT best practices, cybersecurity, and the use of internal tools. Required Profile: Degree: Master’s in Computer Science, with a specialization in Networks and Distributed Systems or equivalent; Previous experience in a similar role (technical support / system and network administration); Strong skills in Microsoft environments, networking, IT security, and storage; Proficiency with the following tools: (Office 365, Microsoft Intune,Fortinet Firewalls,Cisco / Huawei networking,Alcatel / Cisco Call Manager,NAS / SAN / Veeam,ManageEngine Service Desk) Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are a strong asset; Location: 80% Adrar – 20% Algiers
