Taiwan Trade Center Algiers
Basic duties:
- Identify and compile the Associations, dragon heads major importers, target importers of
the focused industry, in the format that TTC assigned, and approach them for an
interview.
- Register Companies on Taiwantrade.com & follow up with email confirmation
- Register Companies on EBS System (TTC system), remind, and assist them
(interpretation if the importer does not speak English) to attend the online trade meeting
with Taiwanese suppliers
- Assisting trade promotional activities and its preparations, including communicating,
scheduling, interpretation/ translation of English-French-Arabic when necessary (e.g. the
importers do not speak English).
- Project manage the market development activities of all Taiwanese industries, with a
special focus on Motocycle, Autoparts, ICT’s, Machineries, medical & water treatment,
including trade inquiries, business visits, press releases, market study reports, initiating
networking tea breaks, expos, or marketing events with local Associations and buyers, or
identifying resourceful business events to attend.
- Making weekly/ monthly/ annual performance delivery reports with quantitative and
qualitative criterias, documentation, translation/ interpretation, emails, phone calls, budget
planning, and other office miscellaneous arrangements upon requests of the Director.
Applicant requirement:
• Good communication & people skills
• Good time management skills
• Solutions Providers
• Age must be between (30 ~ 35)
•At least 5 years experience in a related field (Marketing- International business..)
• FLUENT English, French, Arabic in BOTH writing and speaking is a MUST.
• FLUENT business & Interview conversation ability
• Observant & Into details
• Know how to conduct press release or/ and market research and have your own laptop
• The applicant must lives in Algiers (Algeria)
