IT Digital BSS Solution Architect
Main Tasks : ·        Support the project of BSS transformation— from business need identification to delivery, in alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets and  Drive the creation of RFI/RFP documentation. ·        Define and maintain solution blueprints, data flows, and interface designs across CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, Order Management, and Product Catalog. ·        Evaluate new BSS components, products, and vendors, and make recommendations aligned with enterprise architecture. ·        Actively participate in testing strategy, migration planning, and performance assurance. ·        Oversee the drafting of detailed functional/technical specifications, ensuring full traceability to business objectives ·        Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, technical, procurement, marketing, operations) and external vendors for successful and timely project execution. ·        Ensure project governance through regular steering committees, progress reporting, budget tracking, and issue resolution. ·        Support data migration, system integration (ERP, OSS, DWH, CVM), and user acceptance testing (UAT). ·        Define performance indicators, service-level commitments, and contractual obligations in vendor RFPs and implementation plans And  Ensure systems performances ·        Contribute to digital innovation initiatives related to cloud-native BSS, open APIs, AI-driven customer engagement, and OSS/BSS convergence. ·        Ensure compliance with business rules, regulatory standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs). ·        Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for change requests or new business needs. Skills required : Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Deep understanding of telecom BSS domains, including CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Billing & Charging, Revenue Management, Mediation, Invoicing, Collection Knowledge of industry standards:  ITIL, TM Forum, eTOM, 3GPP Experience with One or more BSS platforms Netcracker, Ericsson Charging/BSCS, Huawei BSS or Oracle BRM Familiarity with digital BSS, WebServices, Microservices, and containerized environments Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with business and technical teams Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to influence at executive level.
