We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining our company's financial records, including recording all day-to-day financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities• Maintain precise financial records by recording day-to-day transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy.• Assist in the preparation of financial reports by providing accurate data on accounts payable, receivables, and other transactional activities.• Complete the posting process for all financial transactions and perform checks to maintain data integrity.• Liaise with remote teams abroad to gather necessary financial documentation and resolve discrepancies.• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Requirements and Qualifications• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.• Solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles for payables and receivables.• Proficiency in English.• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records accurately.• Exceptional accuracy and a high degree of attention to detail.• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
